What consumes a credit?
One credit is used when you send or receive an Invoice, Credit Note, Order, Order Change, Order Cancellation, Order Response, Order Balance or France e-reporting document.
Which formats can I send and receive?
Ademico supports UBL, CII and Factur-X according to the rules of each destination market. Incoming CII or Factur-X may optionally be normalised to UBL.
Do webhooks and polling work for sending and receiving?
Yes. Both options are available for outgoing statuses and incoming documents.
Are there any additional costs beyond the yearly plan?
There are no additional costs beyond the yearly plan fee. All services and features included in your plan are covered by this fee. However, if you wish to use white-labelling, there is an extra fee to pass the Peppol Test Bed.
Can I receive an email copy of invoices?
Yes. Incoming invoices can optionally be forwarded by email to configured recipients.
How do I get transport evidence?
You can download electronic transport evidence confirming that a document reached the recipient’s Peppol provider.
Is testing free and without obligation?
Yes. Send us your company details and our specialists will create a test account with credentials and setup steps. Sandbox testing is free and without obligation.
Can another Peppol Provider use Ademico?
Yes. Peppol Providers can extend their country coverage through Ademico APIs and partner models while retaining their existing platform and brand.

You can register as many companies you need under your plan. Billing is based on the number of documents you send and receive within your plan.

Which invoice formats can my system send?
Your system can send UBL, CII or Factur-X. You do not map your data to a proprietary Ademico input format.
Must received invoices be converted to UBL?
No. Receive the original supported format selected for your account, or optionally normalise incoming CII and Factur-X invoices to UBL.
Can Ademico generate readable PDFs?
Yes. Optional PDF rendering is available from UBL and CII.
How are lifecycle updates delivered?
Use webhooks or polling for sending, receiving and lifecycle workflows. Invoice Responses and CDAR messages use zero credits.
Does Ademico support e-reporting?
Yes. Applicable French e-reporting documents are supported and each production e-reporting document consumes one credit.
Can another Peppol Provider use Ademico for France?
Yes. A provider that is not a French Approved Platform can connect to Ademico’s France API to serve its French customers.
