There are no additional costs beyond the yearly plan fee. All services and features included in your plan are covered by this fee.
However, if you wish to use white-labelling, there is an extra fee to pass the Peppol Test Bed.
The Test environment is always free of charge. This means that any documents you send or receive while testing and integrating our API into your ERP/application will not incur any charges.
Billing begins only when you receive the credentials for the Production environment.
You can register as many companies you need under your plan. Billing is based on the number of documents you send and receive within your plan.
Only the main documents count towards the usage plan, such as the invoice, credit note, or order.
The technical documents, such as the AS4 acknowledgement, the Peppol Message Level Response (MLR), or the Invoice Response (IR), are not counted in your usage and are free of charge.
